How are meals Delivered?
Meals are delivered once weekly. Weekend deliveries are generally frozen and weekday deliveries are generally chilled. This can also vary depending on the type of package you are on. You can confirm the details of your specific package with the office.
What time is delivery?
We do not offer an 'in time for lunch' service. Delivery occurs all day but the driver will work with you to try to find a mutually convenient time frame
I do not have storage during the day
With enough notice given, you can request delivery changed to an alternate address. You can also look at keeping a cooler with you with a few frozen water bottles that will keep the meals at the right temperature.
I have an emergency and cannot receive my meals
We will store your meals for you (chilled or frozen depending) and meals will be delivered on the next possible day. Keep in mind that the next possible day may not be the next day depending on the schedule.
How do I pay?
Packages are paid for upon confirming with debit or credit cards
How long do meals last?
You can keep the meals you'd be consuming over the next 3 days in the refridgerator and the balance in the freezer.
Can I pause my package due to travel?
Packages can be paused once sufficient notice is given so that your meals are not prepared.
How do I reheat my meals?
Using a microwave, use a vented microwave cover. You can adjust your microwave time as needed. Chilled meals usually take 1-2 minutes and frozen meals take 3-5 minutes.
